Marc Jacobs has a new fragrance in both spray and solid form. As usual, the solid perfume comes in a form of a ring. Not to sure bout the scent, but I'd wear this gorgeous bouquet in a heartbeat!

A cow with dots

Ever heard of cows with polka dots? Well i know of one with multi-colored dots and can make a uber neat headpiece. Actually an alter ego of a friend, polkadottedcow is now moving on to handy crafting creating super sweet bands like the ones below. It all started when cow was helping a fellow friend create a head piece for her wedding and soon realise her hidden talent.

The pieces created went thru major editing from the usual glamourous head pieces for weddings into simple ones for everyday wear from morning to night. What I love most is that they are best worn with casuals, nothing too matchy - pretty much the philosophy of polkadottedcow. And most importantly they are extremely afforable, available from S$39.

Who can resist such adorable looking brooches? Depeapa is handmade in a little home base studio in Spain by a very talented artist. The illustration on the brooches are originally drawn.

The one thing that stands out in this street style photo by The Sartorialist is the super thick rope used as a dog leash. It makes such a cool accessory.

On going obsession

It's no secret I have an obsession with bows. Slap on a pretty bow and I'm sold. No exception when I came across this from Refinery29.com and with a 50% off the original price, why not. But guess what, upon selecting the color blue, it states out of stock. Sigh. Just my luck. Now I just have a pretty bow to admire and lust over.

a hidden surprise

okay, i absolutely adore things with hidden surprises, like a white dress with pretty floral lining on the inside, or the marc by marc jacobs turnlock bag lined with the apple print fabric.. 

But this acorn necklace by Wendy Brandes tops it all. An innocent acorn necklace opens up to reveal a little squirrel! In 18k yellow gold, there's a price tag on it too, US$6000. i don't think my eyes are playing trick on me.
